Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We recommend reviewing all custom details carefully before placing your order, as customers are responsible for ensuring names, sizes, colours, and wording are correct at checkout.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments may only be possible before production starts.
